We’ve spent a few weeks thinking about our CRM system, looking for a replacement. Don’t get me wrong TCM (total company management) is working fine but it was built for us from 1999 through to 2008 so there’s quite a few things it doesn’t do which started to niggle a bit and now we want these add-on’s to make our customer support slicker. It looks like ‘Daylite’ is going to be the winner…subject to everyone wanting to move from PC to MAC….hmmmm something to think about…any suggestions ?, do you use Daylite ?
