I have a really nice chap calls me every now and again, he never buys anything but likes to pick my brains about VoIP equipment.

He was asking why he gets a lot of ‘broken’ calls, he has good broadband and good internal wiring.

I asked if the phone he’s using has a High Definiion Handset, nope its just a cheapie that came with their contract.

I didn’t really know what to say (and remain polite) VoIP calls cannot be error checked, you need a clever phone to make rubbish quality sound better, thats one of the many differences between our HD LibertyVoIP handsets and other providers, phones designed by VoIP engineers will always win out ..they just work !.
