As part of their ongoing ‘Fairness for customers’ Campaign, in September last year, Ofcom have finally announced a new ‘One Touch Switch’ procedure making it a bit easier and faster for residential clients when switching broadband and/or home phone provider.

Ofcom state this is a highly complex change, it will take a lot of time to implement so this much needed service isn’t going to come into force until April 2023 at the earliest but at least its finally on its way, the choice to move providers when you want….if you want !
