Some of you may know Portel belongs to the SAM Networking Group, they are based in Leeds/Bradford, Halifax and Huddersfield, I attend the Huddersfield group as its on Friday mornings which fits in with my week.

Today we had a two visitors, Graham from PuOre who promotes the use of CBD Oils, very interesting subject, anyone in pain should be looking at his web site, www.puore.co.uk.

We also had Danielle Higgins Family Solicitor from Bromley’s (dhiggins@bromleys.co.uk) who gave us a brief about what she does regarding Family Law. I’ve know Danielle for many years, since she started off as a Legal Secretary so it was really nice to see her again as a fully fledged Solicitor. She gave an excellent presentation and comes across very professional, a credit to her Company.

For those who feel networking is some sort of ‘skive off work’ the clue is in the name, Net Working, I learn lots, transact business with others in the group and pass/receive leads into potential business all for a few hours of my time.The only snag with the Sam groups being that they are almost all at full membership and Samantha isn’t thinking about opening up any more groups right now. So saying if you feel you would like to visit and tell everyone what you do or what sort of business opportunities you are looking for then drop Sam a line via sam@sam-marketing.co.uk, I’m sure she will sort out a visit to one of the groups …something to think about !
