Standard delivery is illustrated at £5.95 excluding VAT, or free when equipment after discount reaches £250 excluding VAT. Express is £12.95 excluding VAT. The preview covers UK mainland addresses; no actual courier service is booked.
Equipment-only, Calls UK configuration and third-party review are separate choices. The final manufacturer, firmware and target system must be checked before a real device can be provisioned. Do not enter SIP passwords in this public website.
Saved orders move from Confirmed to Packed, Dispatched and Delivered. These stages are controlled by you and do not represent warehouse activity or a courier scan.
Cancel a Confirmed or Packed order preview from Saved orders. The local stock allocation is restored once. After simulated dispatch, advance to Delivered and try the return request instead.
After a example delivery you can request a return and simulate receipt. Stock returns only when that example return is received. Real return eligibility, statutory rights and manufacturer warranties require confirmed terms; these are not supplied by this simulation.
